Subscription Services

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@brightvectorlabs.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Refund Eligibility

• Full refund available within 7 days of your initial purchase if you are unsatisfied with the service.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
• After the 7-day window, refunds for digital products are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@brightvectorlabs.com with your account email, order/transaction ID, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
